On Sunday, October 1, 2023, the match of the 9th round of the 1st Prague League between TJ Sokol Stodulky and MSM Football Academy (International Youth Union) took place at the Stodůlky Prague stadium. The MSM Football Academy won a crushing 0-5 victory in front of hundreds of spectators.
First half: laying the foundation for victory
The match started with active attacks from the MSM. Already in the 10th minute, our forward Oleksandr Koval opened the scoring, scoring a beautiful goal after a precise pass. This early success gave the visitors some much needed confidence and we continued to be in control of the game.
The match was not without disciplinary measures. In the 17th minute, Tomasz Zyta from TJ Sokol Stodůlky received a yellow card for rough play, followed by Oleksandr Koval and in the 45th minute Aleksandr Khokhryakov from MSM. Despite the warning and a rather rough game, the first half ended with a score of 0:1 in favor of MSM.
Second half: a real variety of goals
In the second half, MSM Football Academy showed its true strength in attack. In the 59th minute, Nazar Zhuk doubled his team’s lead by scoring the second goal. The players of TJ Sokol Stodůlky weakened physically in the second half and could not resist the opponent’s vigorous attacks.
In the 70th minute, Mikhail Kozhushko scored the third goal, definitively eliminating any questions about the match winner. Oleksandr Koval struck again, scoring two quick goals in the 83rd and 85th minutes to make it a devastating 0-5.
MSM Football Academy played excellent football and deservedly won. This victory consolidates our position in the League, while TJ Sokol Stodůlky has something to draw serious conclusions from. We wish both teams the best of luck!
