Home dominance and clinical finishing: MSM secure a confident 4–1 win
The clash against SK Čechie Smíchov at UNYP Arena in Prague immediately unfolded under the control of MSM. From the opening minutes, the hosts imposed a high tempo, applied pressure, and efficiently converted their chances.
As early as the 10th minute, Yehor Chudinov opened the scoring, setting the tone for the match. MSM continued to dictate play, controlling possession and limiting the opponent’s opportunities.
On the 20th minute, Besarion Abramishvili doubled the lead with a composed finish, reinforcing the team’s dominance.
A concerning moment came in the 27th minute, when team captain Mateo Castellanos Izquierdo was forced off due to injury. The entire team and staff send him their best wishes for a speedy recovery.
After the break, MSM maintained full control. In the 49th minute, Rodion Shkliaruk made it 3–0, further solidifying the hosts’ advantage. The team remained disciplined and structured, managing the game with confidence.
The visitors managed to respond in the 74th minute, when Misael Andres Calderon Mojica pulled one back, briefly reviving hope.
However, MSM quickly restored order. Just two minutes later, in the 76th minute, Valeriy Yukhymenko scored the fourth goal, putting the result beyond doubt.
