On February 24 our team played a friendly match against FK Predni Kopanina. This match replaced a match of the winter tournament Sterboholy, which was postponed on March 4.
We faced a team from the top league of Prague. The rival team possessed the ball more and had more chances to open the scoring. And in the 10th minute, they did. 0:1.
This goal woke our team up, and in 10 minutes, after a quick counterattack, Alisher Abenov turned home a cross from the left wing with a first-touch shot.
1:1. However, by the end of the first half guests took advantage of two errors of our midfielders and got 2-goal lead. 1:3.
In the second half our team started playing quite actively. In the 47th minute Andrii Ponomarenko struck with a wonderful volley after a cross from the corner kick. 2:3.
In the 50th minute, after a successful pressing, Corey Jacobs finished with a nice shot. 3:3.
But in the 70th minute, the forward of the guests reached the penalty area, where he was fouled on.
The guests confidently converted the penalty kick. 3: 4.
In the 80th minute, the guests scored the 5th goal. 3:5. In the 85th minute, Serhii Derkach scored one more goal for our team, but our team could not even equalize. 4:5.
