Mikhail Starostyak

At MSM Football Academy, all training and games are carried out under the guidance of a super talented and famous former football player, and now an experienced and competent coach, Mikhail Starostyak.

Mikhail played 17 matches for the Ukrainian national team, played 254 official matches in the Ukrainian top division and played 36 matches in European competitions.

He was the main player of FC Shakhtar Donetsk, after ending his football career he received the PRO coaching license and became coach of the U19 and U21 teams of Shakhtar Donetsk, and since 2022 he has become the main coach of MSM Prague Football Academy.

Igor Yukhimenko

He began his football career at the age of 8 with the legendary Dynamo Kyiv. Together with the Dynamo Kyiv team he became the winner of the Kiev Cup and the champion of Ukraine in juniors.

He later played for the Metalist Kyiv club and, while serving in the army, played for the Tashkent national team and the Samarkand region of the Uzbek SSR for the USSR Forces Championship. He later returned to the Metalist Kiev team, where he ended his career in 1994.

As he himself says: “I have a real pleasure working as a coach, passing on my knowledge and many years of experience to young talents. I always follow my life credo – in this world we will remain in the memory of our children and our students … “

Martin Frydek

In 1990, he made his debut in the first “big” club in Czechoslovakia (and later in the entire Czech Republic), namely AC Sparta Prague.

He played for the Prague team for 7 years and was notable for his performance in the semi-finals of the European Champions Cup and the quarter-finals of the Cup Winners’ Cup. With Sparta he won national championship titles in 1991, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1997, and cups in 1992, 1993 and 1996.

After playing in the 1996 European Championship, Frydek went to Germany, where he signed a contract with the Bayer, and ended his career at Dukla Prague. In European competitions, his total statistics are 18 appearances in the European Cup (later the Champions League), 12 appearances in the Cup Winners’ Cup and 12 in the UEFA Cup.

In total he scored 3 goals in European competitions (one of his goals allowed Sparta Prague to overcome Marseille in the second round of the 1991-1992 European Cup. He played a total of 37 matches for the national team, 8 of which were for Czechoslovakia and 29 for the Czech Republic. He scored 4 goals and became European runner-up in 1996. He also played one game in the Czech Republic.

Eva Ganyakova

Former football player, captain of the Czech Republic women’s national football team. Eva Gonyakova led the Czech women’s youth team for a long time. She also worked at the AC Sparta Prague Academy as coach of the under-17 women’s team, which achieved excellent results under her leadership. Thanks to its unique training methodology and high-quality tactical training, many strong female football players have graduated. Eva Ganyakova is a frequent honorary participant in football conferences and master classes held in the Czech Republic and abroad. In 2014, she received the prestigious Vaclav Jira Doctor of Science award for her invaluable contribution to the development of Czech football. In 2023, Eva Ganyakova was recognized as the most important football player in the history of the Czech Republic.

Paulo Rainha da Silva

A UEFA B-level coach with a degree in Sports Science from Portugal, with experience across all age groups and competitive contexts in football. Coaching since the age of 19, the career includes roles as an analyst, assistant coach, physical trainer, and goalkeeper coach, primarily within the regional divisions of Braga. Demonstrated success includes leading FC Tadim’s senior team to a championship title in the Braga district league. Additionally, the coach has a strong foundation in Braga’s football community, beginning training at SC Braga at age 10.

International experience was gained during an Erasmus internship with the Prague Raptors academy in 2021/2022, where the coach also played for the men’s team. Currently serving as an assistant coach in the Czech Republic’s second division women’s league with the Prague Raptors. Additional expertise includes conducting individual football training sessions, coaching at multi-sport and summer sport holiday camps, and functional training certification for gym environments. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
